Secure, High-Capacity Shredding for Busy Offices
The Kobra 410 TS C4 is a professional paper shredder built for heavy daily use. It is designed as a central machine that many people can share. As a result, it suits large offices and departments that handle confidential documents.
This shredder is made in Italy by Elcoman. It combines high capacity, strong security, and simple touch screen controls.
Powerful Performance
The Kobra 410 TS C4 shreds up to 56 sheets at a time. Its wide 410 mm throat also makes feeding documents easier.
A 2600 W motor powers the machine. The motor can run 24 hours a day without overheating. Therefore, your team does not have to wait for cool-down periods.
Reliable Document Security
This shredder cuts paper into small 3.9 x 40 mm particles. It meets security level P-4 under ISO/IEC 21964 and DIN 66399. This makes it a strong choice for confidential paperwork.
The machine can also shred film, credit cards, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, and USB pen drives. In addition, an optional cutting unit is available for keeping these materials separate from paper.
Easy to Use
All the main functions are on the touch screen panel. You simply touch a control to activate it. Electronic eyes also start and stop the machine automatically.
The Electronic Power Control system displays the shredding load in real time. This helps the operator avoid overloading the machine. If paper does jam, the shredder reverses automatically.
Built to Last
The Kobra 410 TS C4 has a heavy-duty chain drive with steel gears. Its carbon-hardened knives are not affected by staples or clips, so you don’t need to remove them first.
An integrated oiler lubricates the knives automatically. Consequently, there is no need for manual oiling. This helps the machine maintain its efficiency and capacity.
Safe and Energy Efficient
The machine stops if the door opens or the waste bag is full. It also enters power-saving stand-by after 8 seconds of inactivity. After 4 hours, it disconnects from the mains automatically, so you don’t have to switch it off.
Large Waste Capacity
The 205-litre waste bag sits inside a sturdy steel cabinet. Because the bag is so large, it needs emptying less often. The cabinet is also mounted on casters, so you can move the machine more easily.

Additional Information
Optional CD/DVD Cutting Unit
This option adds a second entry opening and a separate set of knives. It handles CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, and credit cards. It also keeps these shreds separate from shredded paper.
Optional Shred Guard Metal Detection
This system stops the machine when large metal objects are inserted. A light then warns the operator to remove them, which helps protect the knives.
Film Shredding Mode
Transparent material can be harder for the machine to detect. To shred it, hold the Forward control for 5 seconds. The machine then runs continuously for 30 seconds.
