Will the Kyocera MA4000wifx Work With Your Setup?

Does it print in colour? No. The MA4000wifx prints in black only. However, it scans in colour, so you can still save colour documents as PDFs or images.

Does the document feeder scan both sides automatically? Yes. The dual-scan feeder captures both sides in one pass, at up to 80 images per minute in mono.

Does it work on a wired or wireless network? Yes. It has Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz). Wi-Fi Direct also lets devices connect without a router.

Can I print from my phone? Yes. It supports Apple AirPrint, Mopria and the KYOCERA Mobile Print app for iOS and Android.

How long does the toner last? The starter toner prints about 3,600 pages. Each replacement TK-1270 cartridge prints about 10,000 pages.

How does it compare to the Kyocera ECOSYS MA2600cwfx? The MA2600cwfx prints in colour at 26 ppm. In contrast, the MA4000wifx prints mono only but runs at 40 ppm and scans faster (80 vs. 54 ipm duplex). It also uses higher-yield toner, which lowers cost per page for black-and-white work.

Does it need a phone line for fax? Yes. Fax needs an analogue telephone line, and a fax cable is included. Without a line, scan-to-email and network folders cover most document sending.
